All requests are subject to availability and not confirmed until the Transportation Department contacts you
Requests must be made by 3pm the business day prior to travel
Late requests will incur a fee pending availability
There are no pick-up times after 4pm
All appointments should be made on Monday- Friday between 9am- 3pm, excluding holidays
