Experienced Management, Local Ownership

Tradition Senior Living is a Texas limited partnership engaged solely in the development and management of a growing number of senior living developments. The Tradition-Prestonwood opened in Dallas to residents in June, 2010, followed by its Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in 2015. The Tradition-Prestonwood “continuum” of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care has been the model for all subsequent Tradition Communities.  Conveniently located in the Arapaho/Richardson corridor, the Community is near neighborhood shops, restaurants, medical centers, churches, shopping and other amenities.

The Tradition-Lovers Lane made its premier in 2015. Boasting a prime location near the Park Cities, Preston Hollow and East Dallas areas, the Community is next door to Central Market on East Lovers Lane.

The Tradition then opened its first Houston Community, The Tradition-Buffalo Speedway, at 9339 Buffalo Speedway. Situated inside the loop (Interstate 610), this continuum of care is convenient to the Texas Medical Center, the Museum District, and popular entertainment venues.

The next Houston Community to open, The Tradition-Woodway, is located at 6336 Woodway Drive. In the heart of the premier Tanglewood and Memorial areas and next to Second Baptist Church, this site is the fourth Community to open in Texas.

The fifth Community and first in Fort Worth is The Tradition-Clearfork, situated at 5755 Clearfork Main along the banks of the Trinity River and next to The Shops at Clearfork.
